Olga Events is a premium wedding and event planning company based in Dubai, renowned for creating luxurious and visually stunning experiences. We are expanding our digital marketing efforts and seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, optimize campaigns, and attract high-end clients.

What We’re Looking For

You should have proven experience in the following:

Core Skills

• Facebook & Instagram Ads: Setup, management, and optimization (lead generation and brand awareness)
• Google Ads: Search & Display campaigns, A/B testing, keyword research, and optimization
• SEO: On-page, off-page, and technical SEO with a proven track record of ranking improvements
• Shopify: Product management, basic theme editing, sales funnel design, and e-commerce SEO

Event-Specific Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and manage lead generation funnels for wedding and event clients
• Create email automation flows (welcome sequences, follow-ups, abandoned inquiries)
• Track performance metrics: ROAS, CPL, CTR, and website analytics
• Launch seasonal campaigns tied to booking cycles (e.g., wedding season, holidays)
• Coordinate styled shoots and vendor collaborations for high-quality content
• Oversee blog strategy and optimize content for SEO (wedding trends, venue guides, etc.)
• Ensure brand consistency across platforms by collaborating with design and social media teams
• Conduct competitor analysis and propose positioning strategies
• Recommend tools and client journey automations for onboarding and retention

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Industry experience in luxury, lifestyle, events, or wedding planning preferred
• Excellent written English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
• A keen eye for design and aesthetic understanding of high-end event visuals
• Based in Dubai or available to work UAE hours if remote
