Maintenance Engineer – Aircraft Support Full Time

Role Overview:

As a Maintenance Engineer in our aircraft support team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising aircraft maintenance and repair activities. Your focus will be to ensure airworthiness, operational readiness, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will work across maintenance phases including inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component servicing, collaborating closely with technicians, licensed engineers, and production planners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret aircraft maintenance program tasks, technical data, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives.
• Plan, authorize, and monitor maintenance tasks to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with OEM and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, planning, logistics, and quality teams to streamline workflow, manage resources, and minimize aircraft downtime.
• Lead fault diagnosis, root-cause investigations, and corrective action plans for complex technical issues.
• Ensure maintenance documentation, records, releases-to-service, and hand-over processes meet company and regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identify process inefficiencies, and implement best practices in maintenance operations.
• Support mentoring and training of technicians, promote safety awareness, and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Avionics, or Electrical Engineering, or an approved aircraft maintenance engineering license.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial aircraft maintenance (wide-body preferred) or equivalent MRO environment.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, structural components, engines, regulatory standards, and maintenance practices.
• Excellent planning, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to lead multi-discipline teams and work under time pressures.
• Willingness to work shift patterns, including nights and weekends, as required in an aviation maintenance environment.
