About the Internship Program:

• Exposure to day-to-day hotel operations in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• A deep dive into Marriott International’s service philosophy, culture, and brand values
• Opportunities to develop soft skills in communication, teamwork, and leadership

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a current college or university student pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible to work in different shifts or departments based on the rotation plan
