Job Description:

Smooth Manpower is seeking skilled and organized Logistics Professionals to join our Dubai team. The selected candidates will oversee the smooth flow of goods, manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely delivery. This role requires proactive communication with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate stock and warehouse records.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for process improvement.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

Requirements:

• A formal qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or a closely related area.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and logistics software (ERP, SAP, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE logistics regulations and documentation procedures.
