Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling transport, deliveries, and pickups.
• Prepare shipping documents: delivery notes, invoices, and tracking reports.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and third-party vendors to ensure timely logistics operations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, assist in warehouse organization.
• Input and update shipment data and customer information in internal systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries on delivery status and available services.
• Address issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies in logistics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and UAE logistics laws.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus.
• Experience: 1–2 years in logistics or supply chain (preferably in relocation or transport).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with logistics software is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of UAE transport routes and regulations is preferred.
