Job Summary:

As a Logistics Specialist at Procure. you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the company’s end‑to‑end logistics and supply chain processes. This position involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, improving distribution efficiency, and ensuring that products move seamlessly from our suppliers to customers on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, packing, dispatch, and delivery.
• Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers, and internal teams to plan and track shipments, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or transportation issues proactively.
• Prepare and review all required documentation including invoices, bills of lading, customs forms, and delivery notes.
• Optimize logistics workflows and recommend improvements to reduce delivery times and operational costs.
• Manage inventory movement, update stock records, and assist with periodic stock audits to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and corporate policies related to transportation and logistics.
• Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery performance, and logistics costs to management.
• Support cross‑functional communication between procurement, sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to streamline operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor-level education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience in Dubai or the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and shipment tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with UAE import/export procedures and documentation is a plus.
