Job Overview:

Bagerz is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics & Assembly Coordinator to lead assembly scheduling, route planning, and freight coordination. This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and logistical planning skills, with a focus on process optimization and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage assembly teams, assistants, and coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies
• Plan and optimize truck routes, assembly tours, and create detailed daily schedules
• Communicate with end customers and dealers to clarify order specifics and coordinate delivery appointments
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of internal processes and cross-departmental communication
• Manage staff, support capacity planning, and serve as the central point of contact in a team leader capacity

Job Requirements:

• Completed training in logistics, freight forwarding, or similar field
• Prior experience in a comparable role; experience in staff management is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused with high service orientation and ability to handle pressure
• Strong organizational skills and assertiveness
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
