Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in Dubai. This role requires overseeing the movement of documents, shipments, and equipment across offices, client locations, and service providers. You will ensure seamless coordination, timely delivery, and accurate tracking, while supporting the operational efficiency of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including documents, business setup materials, and essential equipment.
• Communicate effectively with couriers, freight services, internal teams, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and collection.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, tracking details, delivery status, and issue resolutions.
• Monitor workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal company policies related to logistics and operations.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management, escalating critical issues promptly.
• Support inventory management for logistics-related assets, including packaging materials and transport resources.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with UAE logistics regulations and courier/transport operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with tracking and reporting systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
