Position Summary

FedEx Logistics is looking for a Shipping Documentation Coordinator to manage and distribute critical export documents, ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders, and support smooth freight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documentation (shipping bills, bills of lading, export declarations, etc.)
• Distribute documents to customers, customs, and internal departments
• Input data into the system for shipment creation, invoicing, and tracking
• Follow up on cargo movement to ensure on-time delivery to the airport
• Support operational functions and assist with ad-hoc logistics tasks as needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Logistics or related field
• Minimum 1 year of clerical/logistics experience
• Experience in freight forwarding is required
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
