Job Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods across air, sea, and land transport channels while upholding TreLog’s commitment to reliability, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and liaising with carriers, suppliers, and clients to guarantee timely deliveries. Your duties will include monitoring the progress of cargo, resolving operational challenges, and providing updates to stakeholders on shipment status. You will also support specialized services, including project cargo, heavy-lift operations, time-critical deliveries, and customs clearance processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an in-depth understanding of international logistics procedures. Experience with freight forwarding, shipment tracking systems, and compliance with local and international regulations is essential. You will work closely with TreLog’s professional team to optimize routes, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety and corporate standards.
