Job Purpose
As a Legal Services Manager – Finance, you will provide strategic legal support to Emirates and dnata’s financing operations. You’ll be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing complex financial legal documentation and liaising with stakeholders across the business. This is a high-impact role that calls for someone with experience in aviation finance, corporate finance, or banking law.
You will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel – Finance.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal departments, government entities, external legal counsel, and commercial counterparts.

Review, draft, and negotiate LMA (Loan Market Association) and aircraft financing documents.

Prepare and maintain conditions precedent (CP) checklists and manage execution.

Identify legal and operational risks and propose practical risk mitigation strategies.

Manage post-closing formalities, including communication and documentation requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:

Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 1–2 years PQE; or

Recognised paralegal qualification with current certification and 8+ years of experience.

Proven legal experience from a reputable law firm or corporate in-house legal team.

Strong academic record and fluent English communication skills.

Experience in aviation finance, corporate finance, or general banking law.

Ability to manage multiple legal projects with attention to detail and accuracy.

Project management skills and commercial acumen.
