Learning Coordinator – FT Full Time

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Academic Coordinator to help oversee and enhance the delivery of our educational programs. As the link between teachers, students, and leadership, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining academic quality and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support curriculum planning with the Academic Advisor & Head of Cycle 2
• Monitor student progress and implement support strategies
• Assist teachers in meeting academic targets
• Maintain and update academic records
• Ensure adherence to educational policies and standards
• Coordinate training and professional development for staff
• Communicate regularly with students and parents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required)
• 3+ years in teaching or academic support (required)
• 1+ year in the education sector (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Team player in a fast-paced academic setting

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000/month
