Junior Fleet Associate – Delivery Biker Full Time

**Job Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable and dedicated Junior Fleet Associate to join our Last Mile Logistics team. As part of Axiom Telecom’s delivery operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient package deliveries while providing excellent customer service on every trip.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages accurately and on time to customers across designated areas.

• Ensure all delivery documentation is completed as per company standards.

• Maintain a high level of customer service during interactions with customers.

• Follow traffic and safety laws while operating the delivery bike.

• Report any delivery challenges or issues to the supervisor promptly.

• Conduct routine checks on the assigned delivery vehicle and ensure it’s well-maintained.

• Support the logistics team in day-to-day operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 year of relevant delivery or fleet experience preferred.

• Minimum Qualification: Open to candidates with high school completion or equivalent; others may apply.

• License: A valid UAE motorcycle driving license is a must.

• Skills:

  • Familiarity with GPS navigation apps and routes across Dubai

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers

  • Basic customer service mindset and reliability

• Language: Basic communication in English required; additional languages are a plus.
