Role Overview

As a Senior Executive in Internal Finance, you will play a vital role in ensuring financial control, accuracy, and process improvement across the firm. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition for various client engagement types, including WIP/AR reserve and write-off analysis
• Monitor and enhance compliance with internal controls, regulatory, and statutory requirements
• Manage working capital by closely tracking WIP and AR, coordinating with clients and internal consultants
• Oversee billing in line with contractual terms, ensuring timely invoicing and revenue cycles
• Perform month-end account reconciliations
• Complete and review year-end accounting packages for internal and external audit (IFRS and local GAAP)
• Support audit activities, especially around WIP, AR, and revenue recognition
• Oversee accounting activities: General Ledger, Treasury, WIP, AR, and Tax reporting
• Participate in finance projects and knowledge sharing across the department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Chartered/Certified Accountant qualification preferred (CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI preferred
• Familiarity with modern accounting platforms (Microsoft D365, SAP, or Oracle)
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Flexibility to work extended hours and travel, if required
