Role Overview

OS Immigration is looking for a Sales & Case Manager to join our Dubai team. This dual role involves consulting clients, closing immigration sales, and managing their cases from start to finish. Ideal for professionals with sales skills and attention to detail in immigration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations for immigration, student, and visit visas
• Explain visa processes, timelines, and requirements clearly
• Convert leads into confirmed clients through follow-ups and meetings
• Manage each client’s case file from onboarding to final submission
• Coordinate with processing teams and immigration authorities
• Keep CRM records up to date and accurate
• Stay informed on immigration laws and program updates
• Support junior staff and contribute to team growth (if applicable)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in immigration or services)
• Strong knowledge of immigration programs (Canada, UK, EU, New Zealand)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with visa processing or case management is a plus
• Leadership or mentorship experience is an advantage
• Language skills preferred: Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Malayalam, English
