As our business expands to meet the growing demand, we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team to drive recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: develop job postings, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, assist hiring managers, and onboard new team members to integrate smoothly into our culture.
• Administer HR operations including employment contracts, visa and work‑permit processes, payroll coordination, leave and attendance tracking, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law and company policies.
• Support learning & development initiatives: coordinate training programmes, track completion, drive performance reviews, and assist in building organisational capability.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement activities, events, communications, and feedback mechanisms to support retention and morale in a fast‑paced environment.
• Partner with department heads to identify workforce planning needs, assist with staff structure reviews, and support changes related to operational growth, expansion, and service excellence.
• Maintain accurate HR records and dashboards, perform HR analytics to identify trends, support decision‑making, and present findings to senior management.
• Promote best practices in HR, advise managers on policies, handle employee relations issues sensitively and confidentially, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE or a similar international setting, preferably with exposure to serviced‑office or business‑services environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, visa/work‑permit processing, recruitment practices, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident working in multicultural teams, fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Organised, self‑motivated, and proactive, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver while maintaining attention to detail.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in handling employee matters and HR data.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive full‑time salary for HR roles in Dubai; expected range AED 9,000 to AED 13,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
