HR Policy and Compliance Executive Full Time

Job Purpose:

Zahr Freighters is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to play a pivotal role in supporting our growing logistics operations. The HR Executive will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and maintaining day-to-day HR activities in alignment with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Management: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

• Employee Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.

• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing, manage leave requests, and assist with the administration of employee benefits.

• Training & Performance: Coordinate training programs and performance evaluations to ensure ongoing employee development and organizational growth.

• Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, resolve workplace issues, and provide support to employees in a timely and professional manner.

• HR Documentation & Reporting: Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by the management team.

• Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.

• Liaison with Government Authorities: Work with PROs and government departments to manage visa applications, labor card processing, and other necessary documentation for employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably within the logistics or a similar industry.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.

• High level of confidentiality, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
