HR Officer – Dubai Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to oversee key aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, HR policy implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a positive workplace culture and support the organization’s human capital development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business strategies and legal standards
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
• Facilitate effective onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in HR systems
• Provide guidance and support to staff on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with performance management
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar human resources role
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
