The HR & Administration Coordinator plays a key role in supporting both employees and management through comprehensive human resources and administrative functions. This position ensures the smooth execution of welfare, training, and reporting processes while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Provide timely and ongoing responses to employee and managerial queries or needs.
Maintain strong interpersonal relationships and offer exceptional internal customer service.
Plan and execute annual welfare and staff engagement activities.
Coordinate events and initiatives to promote employee wellbeing and retention.
Operate and maintain the organizational training system, including:
Regulatory and compliance training.
Documentation and data entry into relevant HR systems.
Monitor and control the HR department’s budget.
Track designated HR projects for cost efficiency and financial compliance.
Handle purchase orders, supplier coordination, and invoice processing for the HR department.
Implement and manage the annual HR work plan to align with organizational objectives.
Serve as the primary contact for the retiree population, managing communication and support services.
Generate and analyze monthly HR reports.
Process various employee-related data using human resources systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management (required).
Experience:
Previous experience in a human resources role within an organization (required).
Experience using the SAP system (highly advantageous).
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
