Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Source and qualify leads through referrals, online platforms, calls, and site visits
• Promote listings and personal brand through consistent social media activity
• Secure new property listings on platforms such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
• Participate in recruiting and mentoring new agents to build your own sales team
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team knowledge-sharing and support
• Attend meetings, training sessions, client appointments, and maintain regular office presence

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in Dubai real estate is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Chinese, Russian, Turkish, or Hindi are an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• UAE driver’s license preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms is a plus
• Interest in building a long-term career in real estate
