Job Description:

As a Housekeeper at Dubai Housekeeping, you will play an essential role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that rooms, offices, and facilities are clean, sanitized, and well-organized at all times. You will also handle tasks such as laundry, ironing, and maintaining cleaning supplies, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Ensure all assigned areas such as rooms, hallways, kitchens, and bathrooms are hygienic and presentable.
• Replace linens, towels, and other guest supplies as needed.
• Handle laundry operations and maintain cleanliness of fabrics.
• Follow company cleaning standards and safety protocols consistently.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisors immediately.
• Respect client privacy and ensure all personal belongings are handled carefully.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning services preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to handle daily cleaning duties with energy, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and customer-focused.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,500 per month (based on experience and role)
