Hotel Services – Dubai Full Time

Job Overview:

Bagerz is looking for a professional and guest-focused Bell Attendant to join our hospitality team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them during check-in and check-out, managing their luggage, and providing relevant information about hotel services and surroundings. This is a senior-level position ideal for someone with strong customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escort guests to their apartments after check-in
• Handle and transport guest luggage during arrival and departure
• Label luggage at both check-in and check-out for proper tracking
• Provide guests with up-to-date information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Support internal guest transportation between hotel properties when required
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures when needed

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma (required)
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles
• Availability to work from 11:00 AM to 7:20 PM
• Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
• Good communication and organizational skills
