Job Overview:

Food Forward is seeking a skilled and service-driven Hotel Operations & Guest Services Officer to support hotel operations in Dubai. This position is suitable for hospitality professionals who thrive in guest-focused environments and are committed to maintaining high service standards. The role involves close coordination with hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily hotel operations to ensure efficient and uninterrupted service
• Support front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to maintain operational coordination
• Deliver professional and welcoming guest interactions throughout the guest lifecycle
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly while maintaining service quality standards
• Monitor service performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hygiene requirements
• Participate in staff briefings and assist with service quality training initiatives
• Maintain accurate operational records and support management with reporting tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

• A recognized diploma or academic qualification in hospitality management, tourism studies, or a comparable discipline
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel operations or guest services
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling responsibilities in a dynamic and demanding hospitality environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and shift-based schedules
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail

Salary & Benefits:

• Estimated monthly salary: AED 4,800 – AED 7,500, based on experience
