Role Responsibilities:

As an F&B Intern, your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Guest Interaction: Deliver exceptional guest service by setting tables, interacting with guests, communicating with the kitchen, and serving food and beverages.

• Operations Support: Ensure the cleanliness of work areas and supplies. Maintain quality standards in all tasks.

• Active Participation: You’ll be on your feet throughout the day—setting up, cleaning, and moving supplies.

• Service Excellence: Take a hands-on approach to help ensure a positive guest experience, from preparation to execution.

• Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues.

• Physical Requirements: Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects, as well as bending, reaching, and twisting.

Requirements:

To be considered for the internship, you must:

• Be a current college or university student.

• Be eager to learn about the hospitality industry and gain hands-on experience.

• Be able to meet the physical demands of the role (standing for extended periods, moving supplies, etc.).

• Show an interest in building a career in hospitality and hotel operations.
