Job Overview:

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Conrad Dubai, you will play a vital role in supporting both the Housekeeping and Laundry teams. You will handle guest requests, coordinate daily activities, and ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain consistently high operating standards across all Housekeeping and Laundry functions in line with brand expectations
• Support and delegate tasks to the Housekeeping and Laundry teams
• Monitor team appearance, performance, and promote teamwork and ongoing training
• Provide outstanding guest service and address special requests promptly
• Collaborate with Floor Supervisors to ensure timely availability and readiness of guest rooms
• Manage departmental controls including staff schedules, master key releases, uniform and linen inventory, and incident logs
• Check daily guest information in CRM to meet preferences and requests efficiently
• Oversee the condition and cleaning of uniforms; coordinate laundry service
• Handle internal departmental traffic, documents, and linen flow
• Process daily guest laundry and coordinate timely return
• Provide coverage for Laundry Attendants during absences, holidays, or time off

• Strong planning and organizational abilities
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail and high cleaning standards
