Home Care Nurse/Caregiver Full Time

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse/Caregiver to provide high-quality medical care to patients in their homes. The role involves a 24-hour stay-in duty, requiring the ideal candidate to offer direct nursing care, administer treatments, and support the patient’s health needs. The candidate should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by the physician.

  • Experience in handling Tracheostomy, PEG Tube/NGT care is required.

  • Monitor patient health by assessing vital signs and symptoms, documenting progress, and updating care plans as needed.

  • Educate patients and family members on managing illnesses, medications, and overall health and wellness.

  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.

  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care plan.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports.

  • Respond to emergencies, providing first aid or life-saving interventions when necessary.

  • Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed in the home environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in home care nursing or as a caregiver.

  • Knowledge of Tracheostomy, PEG Tube/NGT care is mandatory.

  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients and families.

  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused.

  • Ability to handle emergencies and work in a home setting.

  • Ability to commit to a 24-hour stay-in duty schedule.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary ranging from AED 2,000 to AED 4,000.

  • Accommodation and food provided during the stay-in period.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Dubai, UAE

  • Commute/Relocation: Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate to Dubai before starting work (preferred).
