Home Care Nurse – DHA Licensed Dubai Full Time

About the Role:

Emirates Home Nursing is seeking compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurses to provide high-quality, personalised care in clients’ homes across Dubai. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a diverse group of clients. This includes mothers and newborns, children and adults, elderly individuals requiring ongoing support, and patients managing chronic illnesses or specialized healthcare needs. You will work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive safe, professional, and empathetic care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ health and care requirements in the home setting.
• Develop, implement, and update personalised care plans that meet clinical standards and client preferences.
• Provide clinical interventions such as medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, catheter or drain management, and other home-based nursing procedures.
• Deliver holistic care addressing physical, emotional, social, and psychological well-being of clients and their families.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of care, observations, and communication with families and healthcare teams.
• Uphold health, safety, and infection-control standards in home environments.
• Guide and mentor junior care staff or healthcare assistants as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team, escalate concerns when necessary, and promote health education and self-care practices.
• Participate in professional development programs to stay updated on best practices in home nursing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) nursing licence or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in home care, paediatrics, maternity, geriatrics, or chronic care.
• Strong clinical skills including medication administration, wound and drain care, and patient monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Tagalog, or Russian are a plus.
• Compassion, integrity, accountability, and a commitment to improving clients’ quality of life.
• Ability to work independently, make sound clinical judgments, and adapt to diverse client needs and schedules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and other relevant nursing certifications.

Salary Range:

AED 4,500 – 7,000 per month, depending on experience, specialization, and shift duties.
