Holiday Rentals Lead – DXB Part Time

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and experienced Holiday Homes Operations Manager to join our fast-growing holiday homes company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Dubai holiday home rental market and experience managing daily operations, guest relations, and online booking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of guest communication, inquiries, check-in/check-out, and calendar management
• Manage DTCM registration, DET requirements, monthly reporting, and related compliance
• Work across major portals such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, Property Finder, and others
• Resolve guest concerns or complaints tactfully, respectfully, and promptly
• Coordinate with cleaning services, maintenance teams, furnishing suppliers, and other vendors
• Set dynamic daily pricing for each unit based on location, seasonality, and market trends
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including bookings, commissions, fees, utilities, and other expenses
• Ensure timely payments and documentation for DEWA, DU, repairs, and service providers
• Maintain excellent communication with guests and craft professional review responses
• Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to help the company scale efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing holiday homes in Dubai
• Strong working knowledge of vacation rental platforms and DTCM regulations
• Must have a valid UAE Driving License
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to work flexibly across time zones
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in preparing detailed financial statements and managing unit-level revenue
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
