Healthcare Telecaller Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Telecaller with prior experience in the healthcare sector. The role involves managing patient communication, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and delivering excellent service via phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and patient feedback
• Handle inbound calls related to doctor availability, test results, services, and billing
• Provide accurate information about healthcare services and procedures
• Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient experiences
• Maintain updated records of patient calls and follow-up notes
• Handle concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary
• Assist with basic clerical duties linked to call operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare telecalling (clinic, hospital, or lab)
• Excellent communication in English and regional/local languages
• Polite, professional, and calm telephone manners
• Familiar with hospital systems, appointment software, or clinic workflow
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry tools)
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
