Health Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales Full Time

Job Overview

The Health Representative will be responsible for maximizing product sales through promotional and engagement activities within a designated territory in the UAE. This role involves educating healthcare professionals (HCPs), promoting Pfizer products, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Customer Engagement & Sales:

  • Promote science-based brand messages to support HCPs in patient care

  • Engage physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals with product knowledge & benefits

  • Ensure Pfizer products are included in hospital/institution formularies

  • Provide feedback to sales management on customer needs, promotions, and market changes

✔ Product & Market Knowledge:

  • Keep up to date with medical usage, dosage, side effects of Pfizer products

  • Follow-up on stock, consumption, and ordering processes in government institutions

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, medical conferences, and community awareness programs

✔ Digital & Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on Pfizer’s Digital Engagement Portal and new platforms

  • Report visits and activities using ECMS

  • Prepare monthly reports on sales, market trends, and opportunities

  • Develop and execute a short-term Plan of Action (POA) for sales strategy

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Life Sciences

✔ Experience:

  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience as a Health/Medical Representative

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is preferred

✔ Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills

  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs

  • Comfortable with digital tools & reporting platforms

✔ Preferred Candidate:

  • Dubai-based applicants preferred

  • Candidates willing to relocate to Dubai if not currently residing there
