Overview

Bagerz is seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Manager to lead and coordinate the operations of our Geriatric Department. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality care, team performance, and operational excellence within a specialized healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity of care in the Geriatric Department during both day and night shifts
• Organize, coordinate, and supervise nursing activities, ensuring high-quality patient care
• Manage staff allocation based on department needs and hospital policies
• Plan and oversee staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners
• Maintain open lines of communication between all stakeholders to support patient-centered care
• Organize team meetings to encourage team cohesion and effective consultation
• Plan and implement continuous training programs for staff on clinical knowledge and best practices

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (mandatory)
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Management or equivalent (preferred)
• Professional certification in Geriatrics
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a hospital department or healthcare service
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement
• Proactive approach to learning and development in a dynamic healthcare setting
