Guest Support – Rooms Full Time NEW

Position Summary

At St. Regis, every role contributes to creating memorable guest experiences. As a Runner, you will support various departments—housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, front office, and more—by ensuring that both guests and associates receive items and support when they need it. Your role is essential to smooth hotel operations and maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver items to guest rooms and various hotel departments promptly and professionally
• Support team members across departments during busy periods
• Maintain knowledge of hotel layout to navigate efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests
• Lift, carry, push, and pull items (up to 55 lbs) as required
• Move around frequently (walking, standing, using stairs/ramps) throughout the shift
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: No prior experience required
• License/Certification: Not required
• Strong physical stamina and willingness to be on your feet throughout the shift
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a service-oriented attitude
