Position Summary

First impressions matter. As a Guest Arrival Expert, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for creating a welcoming, memorable experience from arrival to departure. Whether it’s handling operational needs, addressing guest requests, or sharing local recommendations, your goal is to make every interaction feel personalized and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a smooth arrival and departure process
• Assist with guest inquiries, luggage, and wayfinding
• Process reports and support front office operations as needed
• Share local attractions and services to enhance guest experiences
• Maintain professional communication and appearance at all times
• Uphold hotel safety and quality standards
• Perform hands-on tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs unassisted

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience: No prior experience required
• Supervisory: None
• License/Certifications: Not required
• Must be comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and physically active during shifts
