About the Role:

DWTC Hospitality is a leading provider of comprehensive hospitality services at the Dubai World Trade Centre, managing events, catering, and guest experiences at the highest level. We are seeking a dedicated Guest Services Coordinator to join our team and ensure that every visitor enjoys an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests professionally, providing guidance and support throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with catering, events, and venue teams to meet guest needs, including special requests or dietary requirements.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and services provided.
• Assist in preparing materials, signage, and briefings for events to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in all guest areas.
• Represent DWTC Hospitality positively, promoting our brand values and delivering memorable experiences.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or front-desk operations, preferably in hotels, events, or large venues.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact confidently with diverse guests, including VIPs.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Familiarity with hospitality software and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
