Your Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with warmth and professionalism
• Safely handle and transport guest luggage to and from rooms
• Offer guided room introductions and orient guests to hotel features and amenities
• Deliver messages, parcels, and guest amenities efficiently and courteously
• Ensure the lobby and entrance areas remain pristine and guest-ready at all times
• Support with valet and transport coordination as needed
• Manage luggage storage procedures, ensuring accurate labeling and safe handling
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns in public guest spaces
• Provide helpful local recommendations and address guest queries confidently

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
• Outstanding verbal communication and people skills
• Energetic and physically capable of handling luggage and being on foot for long durations
• A naturally service-oriented personality with attention to detail
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
• Presentable, well-groomed, and committed to professional behavior
• Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
