Guest Relations Associate Full Time

Position Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service during check-in and check-out, handling inquiries, and supporting a smooth front office operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and updates in the hotel system
• Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
• Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest needs
• Promote hotel offerings, upgrades, and packages
• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and security procedures
• Maintain organized and up-to-date guest documentation
• Support inventory management for front desk supplies and amenities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; diploma/degree in hospitality is a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with hotel software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and resolve guest issues effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Flexible availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
