Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces
• Respond to guest service requests with professionalism and urgency
• Stock housekeeping carts and closets with necessary supplies and amenities
• Ensure all areas meet the hotel’s high standards for appearance, hygiene, and safety
• Support team operations by assisting colleagues in various housekeeping tasks
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Follow hotel guidelines for safety, uniform, and conduct
• Engage with guests warmly while respecting privacy and personal space

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for long periods
• Lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in guest-facing areas
