Service Excellence Concierge Full Time

Position Summary:

This role goes beyond simply delivering food and drinks — we’re looking for individuals who help create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

As a Guest Service Expert, you’ll interact with guests, support the kitchen and dining team, maintain cleanliness, and ensure that every moment of the guest’s experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and reset tables before, during, and after service
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Clean and maintain work areas and service stations
• Assist with any guest requests and ensure a welcoming environment
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and appearance

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, sit, walk for extended periods
• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs unassisted and 50 lbs with assistance
• Reach, bend, stoop, twist as needed on uneven or slippery surfaces

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience: Less than 1 year in a related role (entry-level welcome)
• Supervisory Experience: Not required
• Certification: None required
