Ambience Specialist Full Time

Position Summary

This role is more than just housekeeping — it’s about creating memorable guest experiences through clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments. As a Guest Environment Expert, you’ll take pride in keeping hotel spaces clean and fresh while moving independently throughout the property to ensure everything is spotless and guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to Marriott’s high standards
• Deliver guest requests and stock housekeeping carts as needed
• Maintain all assigned areas in a neat and sanitary condition
• Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or guest concerns
• Follow safety procedures and wear the appropriate uniform/PPE
• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Uphold Marriott’s standards of appearance and professionalism
