Overview

We are currently seeking a professional and courteous Hotel Driver to join our team. This role is essential in delivering a welcoming and seamless transportation experience for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, punctual, and friendly service while representing the hotel with professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport hotel guests to and from key locations such as airports, tourist attractions, and business destinations
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage
• Conduct routine checks to ensure vehicle safety and report maintenance issues
• Keep hotel vehicles clean, presentable, and in good working condition
• Stay informed about local roads, traffic conditions, and alternate routes
• Support guest services with local errands or other logistical needs
• Maintain detailed records of mileage, fuel usage, and guest transportation logs
• Coordinate with the front desk or concierge to manage guest requests

Requirements

• Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in driving or guest services preferred
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s roadways and key landmarks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable appearance and professional behavior
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
