Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist with Growth Ninja Group, you will design, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and conversion for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with strategy, creative and analytics teams to deliver bespoke marketing solutions, using your strong analytical mindset and hands‑on expertise to identify growth opportunities and maximise results. This role requires initiative, precision and a constant focus on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement digital marketing strategies across channels including paid search (SEM), social media advertising, display/remarketing, email marketing and content amplification.
• Monitor campaign performance in real‑time, analyse key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR) and optimise for maximum efficiency and impact.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers and developers to ensure campaigns are visually compelling, on‑brand and aligned with client goals.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign targeting and messaging.
• Manage budgets, forecast results and report clearly to internal stakeholders and clients on ROI and pipeline contribution.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, emerging technologies (e.g., AI‑driven automation) and recommend innovative approaches for client growth.
• Support the setup and maintenance of analytics infrastructure (e.g., Google Analytics 4, dashboards), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2‑4 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment with exposure to performance‑driven campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑first mindset.
• Creative thinking, strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC market dynamics is a plus.
