Role Overview

As a Bartender in our Greek Restaurant, you will create exceptional and innovative beverages, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ensure smooth daily operations at the bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain the restaurant’s concept and beverage offerings to guests with confidence.
• Prepare a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar counter daily.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate where needed.
• Ensure all ingredients, glassware, and bar tools are in proper condition.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards, including periodic deep cleaning.
• Assist with new drink creations for promotions or seasonal menus.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; a degree in Hospitality or similar field is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a high-end bar; at least 2 years in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail crafting, spirits, and cigars.
• Proficient in English; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic POS systems.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
