Global Risk Lead Full Time

Overview:

Bagerz is seeking an experienced and strategic Global Security Manager to lead the company’s global security efforts. This role involves planning and implementing security strategies that protect the organization’s people, assets, and infrastructure while ensuring cost-effective and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a comprehensive global security strategy covering assets, infrastructure, personnel, loss prevention, and investigations.
• Establish standardized global security procedures and protocols.
• Oversee security-related contracts and manage resources aligned with the overall strategy.
• Lead the design and execution of security technology projects (e.g., CCTV, AI-based systems, alarms, access control).
• Develop KPIs to monitor performance and guide continuous improvement across the security function.
• Apply preventive and corrective measures to optimize security operations.
• Manage and control the department’s budget, ensuring optimal cost efficiency without compromising safety and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Professional qualification in Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Additional training in Security, Auditing, or Logistics-related safety protocols.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with both strategic and tactical exposure.
• Proven experience deploying security initiatives in diverse environments.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
