General Ledger Accountant Full Time

Position Overview:

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join their finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, be highly organized, and have a solid understanding of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations

• Ensure timely month-end/year-end closings

• Assist with financial statement and VAT return preparation per UAE law

• Monitor expenses and ensure budget compliance

• Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections

• Safeguard financial data and maintain client confidentiality

• Support in forecasting, cash flow management, and strategic planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in consulting or financial services

• Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and accounting standards

• Proficient in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and MS Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
