Food & Beverage Operations Lead Part Time

Position Summary:

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to ensure that staff works cohesively to deliver exceptional service, meeting the needs and expectations of guests. You will supervise daily operations, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and manage inventory and supplies to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure staff works together as a team to provide excellent service.

• Inspect grooming and attire of staff, correcting any deficiencies.

• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors.

• Inspect storage areas for cleanliness and organization, and ensure the use of FIFO (First In, First Out).

• Conduct scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies.

• Monitor dining room seating, safety, and guest well-being.

• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and ensure timely execution.

• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating staff.

• Act as a role model and provide support in the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.

• Follow company safety and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

• Anticipate and address guest service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation to guests.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members to reach common goals.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and recommend improvements for efficiency, safety, and cost-saving measures.

• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

• License/Certification: None required.
