Job Summary

The Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees the daily F&B operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements. The role includes managing the shift team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the operational and financial goals of the department.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years of experience in F&B, culinary, or a related professional area
  OR
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; 2 years of relevant experience

Core Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Operations

• Supervise F&B shift operations and ensure compliance with all procedures
• Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service and business needs
• Assist in ordering F&B supplies, cleaning materials, and uniforms
• Report equipment malfunctions and ensure proper operation of department assets
• Lead regular cleanliness and hygiene inspections
• Maintain accurate documentation and encourage collaboration across departments
• Support team members by filling in during absences when needed
• Create clear goals and prioritize tasks effectively
• Maintain compliance with budget and legal standards

Team Leadership

• Foster a positive work culture based on teamwork, mutual respect, and service excellence
• Build strong relationships with staff and develop a motivating work environment
• Ensure team members understand and reflect the brand’s service philosophy
• Support the team through coaching, feedback, and recognition
• Be approachable and available to both team members and guests

Customer Service

• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence
• Address guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Review feedback and continuously identify areas for service improvement
• Lead by example with professional conduct and behavior

Administrative Support

• Provide accurate information and direction to subordinates
• Analyze operational data to inform decisions
• Maintain records, reports, and communicate with supervisors and colleagues effectively
• Perform operational tasks when necessary
