Position Summary:
The Guest Service Expert is responsible for creating a memorable and unique dining experience for guests. This includes a range of responsibilities from setting tables, interacting with the kitchen, communicating with guests, serving meals, and maintaining clean work areas. The goal is to ensure that all guests enjoy their meals and feel welcomed and valued throughout their experience. The role requires a hands-on approach, maintaining a professional demeanor while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction: Serve meals to guests, ensuring they have a memorable and unique dining experience.

Table Setting & Maintenance: Ensure that tables are set correctly and that work areas are clean and stocked.

Communication: Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and service.

Physical Demands: Must be on feet for long periods, move over sloping or slippery surfaces, lift up to 25 pounds (50 pounds with assistance), and be able to perform tasks such as bending, twisting, and pulling.

Safety & Professionalism: Follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional uniform and appearance at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).

Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in food and beverage.
