Position Summary:

As a Guest Service Expert, your role is more than just serving food—it’s about creating a memorable, engaging dining experience. You will interact directly with guests, coordinate with kitchen staff, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable atmosphere in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and clear tables
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages professionally
• Interact warmly with guests and attend to their needs
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
• Comply with health and safety standards
• Uphold personal appearance and uniform standards
• Lift or move items up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Less than 1 year of related experience
• Supervisory Experience: Not required
• Certifications: None required
