Role Overview:

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for accurate financial data entry, general ledger activities, month/year-end closing, and VAT/CIT compliance. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment supporting various accounting functions across the Gulf & Levant region.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

• Perform accurate general ledger accounting and data entry
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Conduct balance sheet analysis
• Manage fixed asset accounting and documentation
• Oversee corporate card expense processing and reconciliation
• Compile and file VAT/CIT returns
• Maintain financial records in compliance with company and regulatory policies
• Systems & Processes:
• Proficient use of SAP S/4HANA, FM, BPCS, and other accounting systems
• Ensure accuracy across AP, GL, and fixed asset modules
• Follow company accounting procedures and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role in the UAE/GCC region
• Working knowledge of accounting systems like SAP S/4HANA
• Proficient in MS Office and Lotus Notes
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
