The Opportunity

Hilton is offering an exciting opportunity for a high-caliber local graduate to join our Finance team in Dubai for a 12-month internship. This role provides a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within a global hospitality leader. You will be fully integrated into the Hilton team, involved in business operations from day one, with opportunities for networking, learning, and exposure to key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Operations Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Analysis: Working with the FP&A team to analyze financial performance across Hilton’s portfolio of 950+ hotels, turning data into insights that drive key business decisions.

  • Management Reporting: Assisting in preparing management reports for senior leadership, ensuring clear and accurate financial storytelling.

  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Supporting the forecasting and budgeting process for Hilton hotels, helping shape financial strategies and performance expectations.

  • Collaboration: Partnering with Operations, Commercial, and F&B teams to provide financial insights that enhance business efficiency and profitability.

  • Compliance: Ensuring hotels comply with Hilton’s accounting policies and US Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, maintaining financial integrity across the region.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Eligibility: You must have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the last 12 months and be studying a Finance or Business-related degree.

  • Availability: You must be available to undertake a full-time, 12-month internship (40 hours per week) starting on 14th July 2025.

  • Experience: Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience in a multicultural environment.

  • Location: Must be living in the UAE and eligible to work full-time.

  • Skills: Strong communication, written and verbal, excellent organizational skills, and a keen interest in hospitality and financial performance improvement.

  • Language: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
